Erik Hatch, CPA is the founder of Top Notch Bookkeeping and Hatch Tax & Consulting- a firm dedicated to providing personalized, strategic tax solutions for individuals, small businesses, and complex entities. With a career that encompasses various areas of accounting services, Erik is recognized for his ability to simplify even the most complicated financial issues.

 His professional journey includes extensive experience with large corporations, S-corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individual clients, which gives him a well-rounded perspective on the diverse needs of today’s financial landscape. Before establishing Hatch Tax & Consulting, he honed his skills at PwC LLP, one of the world’s top professional services firms, where he specialized in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services spanning multiple industries. Erik collaborates with Cole Johnson and engages in Top Notch Bookkeeping to enhance the services offered by his firm.

Cole Johnson, CPA is the CEO of Top Notch Bookkeeping. With a wealth of experience and a proven track record in finance and accounting, Cole's career began in 2006 at a family office. He has since held various significant roles, including positions with Big 4 Public accounting firms, as a Corporate Controller, Treasury Manager, and VP of Finance. Throughout his journey, he has honed his skills in Financial Analytics, Accounting, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Tax, Financial Statements, Treasury Management, Payment Processing, and overall business strategy. 

Cole earned his master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah – David Eccles School of Business and has achieved licenses as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Treasury Professional, and FP&A.
